Engineered with a unique three-wheel configuration and a single-person seating layout, this nimble vehicle allows managers, inspectors, and maintenance technicians to cross massive facility floors quickly. Its narrow 30-inch frame profile guarantees it can comfortably fit through standard single-width warehouse aisles, clear interior doorways, and navigate high-traffic manufacturing corridors that are inaccessible to standard four-wheel utility carts.

Propelled by a dependable 24-volt DC series-wound electric motor managed by a solid-state 250-amp electronic speed controller, the Minute Miser delivers consistent low-end torque while maintaining a safe, facility-governed top speed of 10 mph. The powertrain is fueled by four heavy-duty, 6-volt deep-cycle flooded lead-acid batteries, providing a clean, zero-emission duty cycle that fully protects indoor air quality across long shifts. Recharging is simple and flexible via a built-in 24V onboard high-efficiency smart charger that plugs directly into any standard 110V–120V commercial wall outlet, while the direct-drive motor shaft architecture routes power straight to the rear axle to eliminate belt wear.

The foundation of the Minute Miser is constructed from a fully welded high-strength carbon steel chassis wrapped in heavy-gauge diamond-plate steel panels and shielded by a scratch-resistant DuraShield powder coat. Despite its exceptionally small footprint, this industrial tool boasts a 550-pound total vehicle payload capacity, featuring an integrated 14.3-inch by 28.5-inch rear cargo deck supporting up to 300 pounds of tools or hot-shot parts. Steering is controlled by an ultra-responsive handlebar assembly that gives the vehicle a zero-radius turning capability around its single front wheel, bringing the carrier to a firm stop using mechanical rear drum brakes paired with an automated parking brake that locks as soon as the operator leaves the seat.
