The Cushman Titan XD stands as a super-duty electric burden carrier and personnel transport vehicle meticulously engineered to move heavy materials, equipment, and crews across large industrial sites. Built available in either a 2-passenger or a 4-passenger layout, this industrial workhorse is designed to maximize daily workplace productivity in manufacturing complexes, warehousing operations, airports, and heavy maintenance facilities. Its low-profile, high-strength structural layout makes it an invaluable tool for safely maneuvering through tightly spaced commercial aisles while carrying or towing massive payload weights.

Propelled by a high-efficiency 48-volt AC electric drivetrain managed by a precise 450-amp solid-state speed controller, the Titan XD yields a muscular 16.8 horsepower peak to handle heavy hauling cycles without slowing down. The energy system uses an array of eight heavy-duty, 6-volt deep-cycle flooded lead-acid batteries built into an innovative, easy-access swing-out bay that greatly simplifies routine fluid maintenance. To keep workflows smooth across multi-shift factories, the vehicle utilizes an integrated Delta Q 120V AC onboard smart charger that plugs directly into standard facility outlets, while standard regenerative braking captures energy during deceleration to maximize daily battery range.

The chassis of the Titan XD is constructed from fully welded high-strength carbon steel wrapped in protective diamond-plated panels, all shielded by a scratch-resistant DuraShield powder coat. This industrial layout handles an incredible 3,000-pound total vehicle payload and an elite 8,000-pound towing capacity, featuring a weatherproof composite rear cargo deck spanning up to 21.6 square feet on 2-passenger variants. Operational safety is heavily reinforced by standard IntelliBrake™ technology, an automated electro-magnetic parking brake that locks seamlessly the moment the vehicle stops, working alongside dual-system hydraulic front discs and rear drums to maintain fail-safe stopping power under peak cargo loads.
